MAC type friction safety coupling(Q/YA41001X-2018)

The performance of this coupling is centered around the core requirements of "reliable force transmission + overload protection". The key performance indicators are as follows:

1. Overload protection performance (core performance)

Overload slip characteristic: When the load exceeds the preset torque, the friction pair instantly slips without any shock or fracture, protecting the motor, transmission shaft, and equipment.
Torque adjustability: By adjusting the pressure element (tightening the spring nut / adjusting the hydraulic pressure), the protection torque value can be precisely set.
Reset convenience: After the overload is eliminated, there is no need to replace parts, and the normal force transmission can be restored directly, resulting in low maintenance costs.

2. Transmission foundation performance

Torque transmission stability: Within the rated torque range, the friction disc does not slip, and the transmission efficiency is high (usually above 95%)
Allowable minor deviation: It can compensate for the minor misalignment between the two shafts in terms of radial, angular, and axial directions, reducing the installation accuracy requirements
Buffering and vibration reduction: The friction pair has a certain flexibility in contact, which can absorb the impact and vibration in the transmission process, reducing noise

3. Adaptability and durability

Wide application scenarios: Suitable for transmission scenarios requiring overload protection such as motors, pumps, fans, conveyors, printing machines, etc.
Wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant: The friction disc uses wear-resistant materials (such as asbestos rubber, copper-based powder metallurgy), and does not burn out even under short-term high temperatures during slipping
Compact structure: Small in size, light in weight, and with small installation space requirements
