QGCA type cylindrical shaft hole coupling spherical roller coupling (Q/YJ 16030X-2018)

The QGCA type cylindrical bore spherical roller coupling (compliant with Q/YJ 16030X-2018 standard) features a cylindrical shaft bore and spherical rollers, greatly simplifying machining and assembly processes while maintaining high versatility. This product exhibits extremely strong load-bearing capacity, with a nominal torque range of 4kN·m to 900kN·m and a maximum allowable radial force of 520kN. Compared to traditional gear couplings, it offers approximately 30% performance improvement, sufficient to handle the severe impacts and frequent start-stop conditions in M3-M8 operating ranges. Thanks to the spherical contact design between the rollers and the bore, it not only possesses an automatic angular displacement compensation capability of up to 1.5°, effectively absorbing stress caused by installation errors and frame deformation, but also acts similarly to a self-aligning bearing, significantly reducing the additional bending moment of the reducer output shaft, thereby protecting the shaft system from fatigue damage. Furthermore, this coupling has a compact structure and operates smoothly and quietly. Combined with a built-in wear indicator, it provides ideal technical support for the efficient layout and convenient condition monitoring of heavy machinery in confined spaces.
