MCS type plum blossom shaped elastic coupling (complying with Q/YM 35014X-2018 standard) features a double flange structure, mainly consisting of two flange half couplings with protruding claws, flange connectors, plum blossom shaped elastic elements, and matching bolts, nuts, and washers. Its core advantage lies in the fact that both ends are equipped with flanges, which can be directly combined with the flanges or installation surfaces of other equipment through bolted connections. This design not only significantly enhances the convenience and stability of installation, but also ensures high coaxiality between the coupling and the equipment through the physical structure. As a high-performance flexible transmission component, it utilizes plum blossom elastic elements placed between the convex claws to achieve axial connection while ensuring flexible and reliable power transmission.
