MCL-I plum blossom shaped elastic coupling (complying with Q/YM 35015X-2018 and GB/T 5272-2002 standards) is a precision mechanical component that highly integrates power transmission, braking functions, and overload buffering. Its most notable technical feature is the installation of split brake wheels (LMZ-I type). This design allows the coupling to transmit torque through radial compression engagement between a claw half coupling and a plum shaped elastic element (made of polyurethane or cast nylon material), while utilizing integrated brake wheels in conjunction with external brakes to achieve rapid shutdown or precise positioning of the equipment. As a typical split structure product, it not only has excellent displacement compensation capability and shock absorption performance, but also performs well in maintenance convenience.
In terms of technical specifications, the nominal torque span of the MCL-I series extends from 355 N · m to 14000 N · m, with a maximum allowable speed of 4750 r/min, and can adapt to various shaft hole diameters ranging from 25mm to 160mm. With this "transmission+braking" composite logic, this product is widely used in heavy industrial fields such as metallurgical equipment, lifting and transportation, mining machinery, and port facilities that require extremely high braking safety.
