LC roller chain coupling(Q/YL 17031X-2018)

The LC type roller chain coupling adopts a combination structure of double-row chain and parallel sprockets, possessing excellent multi-directional displacement compensation performance, with axial displacement compensation up to 9.5mm and radial displacement compensation up to 1.27mm. This series has a nominal torque range of 40 to 25,000 N·m, and a maximum speed of 4500 r/min with a protective cover, ensuring stable and efficient power transmission under heavy load and high-speed conditions.

The LC type roller chain coupling has a streamlined structure, allowing for chain installation and removal without moving the two shafts, greatly simplifying maintenance procedures. It is particularly suitable for harsh industrial environments such as humid, dusty, and high-temperature conditions. Despite its strong environmental adaptability, use should be avoided under conditions of frequent start-stop, reversal, or severe impact loads to ensure the long-term reliability of the transmission system.
