New Precision Grinding Machine In-house | Bore Surface Finish ≤ Ra0.5μm, Taper Contact Rate ≥90%

To upgrade our precision machining capacity, we have invested in a new high-precision grinding machine, strengthening our precision internal grinding and taper hole grinding capability for coupling machining, spindle sleeves, shaft hubs and other power transmission components.

With this new grinder, we are able to deliver consistent high quality:

Bore Ra0.5 finish: shaft & bore surface roughness below Ra0.5μm. The ultra-smooth bore surface minimizes friction and wear, improving running stability and service life of assemblies.

90% taper contact: taper hole contact area ≥90%. Uniform taper contact eliminates localized stress concentration, ensures accurate positioning and reliable torque transmission, preventing run-out or loosening under high-speed operation.

High taper contact ratio and fine bore surface finish are critical for precision power parts. This new equipment enables us to take orders with stricter requirements for internal cylindrical grinding and taper grinding, including spindle bore grinding, covering parts for reducers, fans, pumps and machine tool spindles. Both prototype and mass production are available.
