Russian clients visit factory to discuss in depth cooperation plans

Recently, Zhongye Heavy Industry Technology (Zhenjiang) Co., Ltd. welcomed a delegation of clients from Russia for an on-site visit to our production base in Zhenjiang, marking another step forward in our ongoing efforts to expand cooperation with international partners. Over the course of the visit, the Russian guests toured our workshops, examined a wide range of coupling products at various stages of production, and held in-depth discussions with our team on future collaboration.

Workshop Tour: A Close Look at Coupling Manufacturing

Guided by our staff, the visiting clients walked through our production workshops, where CNC lathes, precision grinding equipment, and overhead cranes rated up to 2.8 tons were in operation. Standing among finished and semi-finished components — including gear couplings, elastic sleeve pin couplings, and flange couplings — our team explained the machining process and technical specifications behind each part, giving the clients a direct sense of our manufacturing scale and capability.

The delegation paid particular attention to the gear-tooth couplings and coupling housings on display, examining tooth profiles and bore finishes up close, and asking detailed questions about materials, load ratings, and applications across industries such as metallurgy, mining, and port equipment. Our staff addressed these questions on the spot, drawing on real production examples from the workshop floor.

In another section of the plant, the guests observed shaft and coupling components being set up on precision measuring and grinding equipment, where our technicians demonstrated how dimensional accuracy is verified before parts move to final assembly.
